Refund and Cancellation Policy
At AKOKO Creative Studio, we aim to provide the best experience for our clients and customers.
Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully.
Product Returns

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Request for Return: All return requests must be submitted in writing via email to returns@akokocreative.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is safely returned to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received and inspected.

Custom AKOKO MiniSpaces: Custom MiniSpaces are personalised and made-to-order and therefore returns cannot be accepted.
Service Packages

Deposits: For all service packages, deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

Cancellations: If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the consultation, the deposit will be non-refundable.

Refunds for Services: Once the consultation has been completed or the design process has commenced, refunds will no longer be available.
