Refund and Cancellation Policy

At AKOKO Creative Studio, we aim to provide the best experience for our clients and customers.

Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully.

Product Returns

  • Return Period: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

  • Request for Return: All return requests must be submitted in writing via email to returns@akokocreative.co.uk. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email.

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, and it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is safely returned to us. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Refunds will only be processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Custom AKOKO MiniSpaces: Custom MiniSpaces are personalised and made-to-order and therefore returns cannot be accepted.

Service Packages

  • Deposits: For all service packages, deposits are refundable up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

  • Cancellations: If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before the consultation, the deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Refunds for Services: Once the consultation has been completed or the design process has commenced, refunds will no longer be available.
