We’ll create a scaled 3D version of your actual room — complete with walls, doors, and window positions — so you can plan your layout with total accuracy.

How it works:

Place your custom order online.
Download our Measurement Taking Guide from your order confirmation emailand upload your dimensions (and photos if possible).
AKOKO designs and 3D-prints a bespoke MiniSpace model of your home's floorplan or room.
Your model and any furniture packs are shipped to you.

Custom MiniSpace is made-to-order, so please allow extra time for design and production.

Please note Custom floorplans are modelled at 1:50 scale as standard.

For reference, 1 metre in real life is equivalent to 2cm in our model.

A floor plan spanning of 10 metres = 20cm.
Custom MiniSpace is made-to-order. Once production has begun it is no longer possible to cancel your order or receive a refund.

If you have submitted an order and would like to request cancellation, please contact us clearly stating your order number to see if cancellation is still possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note*** Custom MiniSpace requires you to upload your information, photos and dimensions using the form provided to your email. If this form is not submitted within 14 days of your order, your order will be cancelled and a refund (less 10% processing and administration fee) will be sent to the original form of payment.
